Pet Policy
Small dogs under 40 lbs, One time Non - Refundable pet fee $500.00 per dog not exceeding 2 dogs and $25.00 per pet monthly pet fee. Will consider some breeds, not all, Larger dogs with a double Non-Refundable pet fee of $1,000.00. Cats, must be declawed, spaded, neutered and indoor. A $300.00 Non-Refundable pet fee not exceeding 2 cats and $25.00 per pet monthly pet fee.
